Premium aluminium replacement cap set

This is the aluminium upgrade path for Bushmaster Big Boy sound moderators with removable caps. It offers maximum material strength and a premium black-anodized finish.

The Aluminium Series and Lightweight Series are two different upgrade paths built around the same Big Boy performance. Neither is the lesser version: aluminium prioritizes premium materials and maximum strength, while the Lightweight set prioritizes lower front-end weight with excellent field durability.

Compatibility

Backwards compatible with Bushmaster Big Boy models that have removable caps, including Gen 2 and Gen 3.

Set weight: approximately 155 g.

Installation

After removing the original bottom cap, apply a small amount of grease to the threads. Vaseline works fine.

Please note: The original bottom cap can be fitted quite firmly. The threading is CCW (counter-clockwise), just like your outer barrel. If you cannot remove it safely, contact me and I will help you find a solution.
