Refund policy

I want you to feel confident shopping with Bushmaster Airsoft. If something isn’t right with your order, I will do my best to make it right quickly and fairly.

30-day refund window
You can request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging where possible.

How to start a refund
Send an email to callsign.bushmaster@gmail.com with your order number, photos if helpful, and a short description of the issue. I will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

Returns and shipping costs
Unless the item is defective, damaged on arrival, or I sent the wrong product, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please use a trackable shipping method. I cannot refund items that I do not receive.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact me right away. I will replace the item or issue a full refund, including any return shipping costs, once I have reviewed the case.

Items that may not qualify
For safety and quality reasons, certain items may not be refundable once opened or used, such as consumable accessories or clearance items marked “final sale.” If you are unsure, feel free to ask first and I will be happy to help.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, contact me and I will advise on availability. In most cases, exchanges are handled as a return plus a new order.

Refund timing
Once I receive and inspect your return, I will notify you and process your refund to your original payment method. Banks and payment providers may take a few additional business days to post the funds.

Orders outside the Netherlands
Because I ship across Europe, the USA, and Canada, processing times for returns may vary depending on distance and customs handling. I will keep you updated along the way.
