What products do you sell?
We sell airsoft toy add-ons and accessories. All our products are designed for safe recreational use for airsoft games.
Where do you ship?
We ship from the Netherlands to customers across Europe, as well as the USA and Canada. Please check your local laws before ordering. Foam and Silencer can be shipped separate (in one package) or send in two packages (for extra shipping fee).
How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually processed within 3-5 business days. I am a one guy company and I have another job, so sometimes it takes a bit longer.
Delivery times depend on your location and carrier. International shipments may take longer due to customs processing.
Do you offer tracking for orders?
Yes! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package until it arrives.
You will get an track&trace code emailed both from my website and from the carrier.
Mondial Relay sends a message when your package is at the pickup point.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a 30-day refund window. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and meet our return guidelines. For full details, please see our Refund Policy page.
How can I return an item?
To return a product, email us at callsign.bushmaster@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We’ll guide you through the return process.
Are your products safe?
Yes! All our airsoft items are designed for safe recreational use. Please follow local laws and safety guidelines when using them.
Can I exchange a product?
Yes. If you want to exchange an item, contact us as soon as possible. Exchanges are handled as a return plus a new order, depending on availability.
If the item is in good condition you can send it back (at your own cost) and you will get a refund (price of the item, excluding shipping cost).

No, I sell only add-ons so as far as I know you dont need to be of a miniumu age and/ore have a permit. But always check you local Airsoft rules please.
Yes, you must be at least 16 years old to purchase airsoft products. Please follow local regulations regarding age restrictions and safe usage.
Customs to UK
So far customs has been not a big problem, I had 1% off cases they did not clear an item. I am trying to prevent that (tips are welcome)
Shipping times to UK
Schipping to UK takes long since Brexit....packages can easily hold at customs for 1-2 weeks, and then add regular delivery.
