Shipping policy
I ship orders from the Netherlands to customers across Europe, as well as to the USA and Canada. If your location has special import rules for airsoft items, please check local regulations before ordering.
Processing times
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. During busy periods, holidays, or large promotions, processing may take slightly longer, but I always work to get your order out as quickly as possible.
Shipping times
Delivery time depends on your location, the carrier, and customs processing for international orders. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout, but please note they are estimates, not guarantees.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, I will send a confirmation email with tracking details where available, so you can follow your package all the way to your door.
Customs, duties, and taxes
For orders outside the Netherlands, customs fees, duties, and import taxes may apply. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the customer’s responsibility. Delays caused by customs inspections are outside my control.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the size or weight of your order. I always aim to offer fair and transparent rates.
Failed deliveries or incorrect addresses
Please make sure your shipping details are correct before placing your order. If a package is returned to me due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, I can reship it, but additional shipping fees may apply.
Damaged or missing items
If your order arrives damaged or something is missing, contact me right away with photos and your order number. I will review the issue and work with you to replace the item or find a solution.
Order changes or cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact me as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be changed, but it may still qualify for a return under my Refund Policy.
Lost packages
If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, first check with neighbors or your local post office. If the package truly appears lost, contact me and I will investigate with the carrier.
