Bushmaster Big Boy Gen 3 – Lightweight Series with Bushmaster Camo Paint Job

This version is supplied with a carefully applied Bushmaster camo paint job for players who want a field-ready finish straight out of the box. I paint every sound moderator by hand, so there may be small variations in the camouflage pattern. I always use the same colours shown in the product photos.

The Bushmaster Big Boy was created for one simple reason: to make an HPA replica as quiet as possible.

The Lightweight Series takes the original Big Boy concept and makes it significantly tougher. It retains the lightweight construction players already know, but adds two major durability upgrades.

The reinforced 3D-printed bottom cap contains a full-length metal thread insert. This creates an exceptionally strong mounting point while keeping the overall construction lightweight.

At the front, the new BB-proof and impact-proof top cap is designed to handle serious field use. Because sooner or later, your sound moderator is going to meet a doorway, barricade, tree or incoming BB. It might as well be ready for it.

Lightweight or Aluminium?

The Lightweight Series and Aluminium Series are two different upgrade paths built around the same Big Boy performance.

Choose the Lightweight Series if you want maximum sound suppression, excellent durability and the lowest possible front-end weight.

Choose the Aluminium Series if you prefer premium black-anodized aluminium caps and maximum material strength.

Neither is the “lesser” version. They simply prioritize different things.
